Some ideas for D-LAN

Hi all,

I'm now testing your D-LAN software. Two times a year we organize a lanparty (www.diepstratenlan.nl) and we are looking for a filesharing alternative for DC++. And your software is already looking pretty good even it is still in the BETA fase. I have (already) some ideas for your software. I didn't know where to post is. if there is een better place for this let me know.

  • Download to button or a default download directory
  • An option to select your network adapter

This is just the start, it is just my first day ;)

Yep it's the right place for this kind of topic.

Download to button or a default download directory

You can use the right click to a file/folder to choose a specific folder where to put the file/folder. You can also click on the button "Download selected items", it will choose the first folder from the shared folders with enough space storage.

An option to select your network adapter

Yeah, I already had a such suggestion, I will add it as a ticket.

Just sending in this screen of D-Lan in which the font on the progress bars looks a little odd. You did a great job on this piece of software, really like the 'lean approach' you are displaying!

There is also some other little display issues on Windows XP that I will correct soon.
