Constraints¶

• Must run on Windows, Linux and Mac OS X
  • The first release will be on Windows and then D-LAN will be ported on the other platforms.
• Came with an installer.
  • deb / rpm under Linux
  • setup.exe under Windows (made with NSIS for example)
  • .dmg under Mac OS X
• A very simple and friendly usage.
• Efficient. The user can play a game during downloading. Maybe he has to switch in a particular mode (low network rate).
• Rock solid. Must run continuously for days.
• All technologies, libraries, resources and tool must be free and open (GPL, CC, BSD, ..).
