Performance comparisons¶
D-LAN vs ApexDC++¶
Setup¶
- We used two computers on a gigabit LAN.
- There is a local DC++ hub: ADCH++ 2.8.0.
- We didn't do any other operations when measuring.
- We download/upload only one file at the same time. We cleared queued and file before each measurement (the file is deleted from the trash).
- OS: Windows 7 64bits
- CPU:
- Download computer: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400
- Upload computer: Intel Core i7 860
- Apex version: v1.5.2.1276 (64bits)
- D-LAN version: 1.1.0 Beta6
- File size: 3.2 GiB
Download speed¶
We repeat the download three times.
